涂亦楠，法学博士，副教授，自然资源部法治研究重点实验室研究人员。2003年-2012年就读于武汉大学法学院，获得本科、硕士及博士学位。2012年入职中国地质大学（武汉），并在国土资源部法律评价工程重点实验室担任研究人员。2015年-2016年受教育部留学基金委公派在美国俄亥俄州立大学法学院（Moritz College of Law,Ohio State University）访学。现任法学系教学副主任。

研究领域为是国际法学、自然资源法学，关注自然资源海外投资、双碳法治、自然资源法治研究。主持教育部人文社会科学研究基金项目1项、参与国家社会科学基金重大项目、部委项目多项，曾作为骨干成员参与多项国家级省部级项目研究。公开出版专著1部，主编或参编教材3部，在法学专业和自然资源类期刊上发表研究论文25篇。

为法学专业本科生、研究生和留学生讲授国际私法学、保险法学、国际法学、经济法学等课程，指导多项本科生、研究生创新创业计划，指导的本科生、研究生曾获得省级校级优秀毕业论文、学术论文征文奖、校级科技论文报告会奖励。

Tu Yinan,Doctor of Justice Science, Associate Professor, Researcher inthe Key Laboratory of Rule of Law Research of the Ministry of Natural Resources. From 2003 to 2012,she studied at the Law School of Wuhan University and obtained her bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees. In 2012,she joined China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). From 2015 to 2016,she was a visiting scholar at Moritz College of Law, Ohio State University.She is currently the Deputy Dean in the Faculty of Law.

Her research interests include international law and natural resources law, focusing on overseas investment in natural resources, Chinese efforts in reducing carbon emissions and Chinesenatural resource management.She has presided over13 national and ministerialResearch Fund.She has published 1 monograph, edited or co-edited 3 textbooks, and published 25 research papers in legal journals.

She taught courses such as international law, private international law, insurance law, and economic law for undergraduates, graduate students, and international students, and guidedlot of innovation and researchprograms for undergraduates and postgraduates.
